Tocsin Interim Rate

As many of you have seen, material and pipes for the Tocsin project continue to be delivered to our staging area in Tocsin.  Even though we are waiting for our contractor to begin installing pipe, the construction project has started.  We are currently working through your personalized locate to define where on your property you would like your grinder (for those of you receiving one).  The pipe, material and locate effort represents a significant milestone in starting this project.   Given that we are now servicing a considerable financial position, and per Indiana SRF financing requirements on the WCRSD, we have begun charging an interim rate in accordance with the rate ordinance publically described and passed by the board.  This interim rate will continue during project construction and when construction is finalized, you will be formally notified to connect.  When you receive this notice connect, the full rate will then be charged.
