Tocsin Project Update

The rate and bond ordinances are now adopted. The board met on October 31, 2025 to formally introduce these ordinances to the public, receive public comment and consider these ordinances for adoption. These ordinances were both approved and adopted at this meeting.  The board will be meeting with the contract in December for a kickoff preconstruction meeting.
